1,000 giant painted dominos, symbolizing the infamous Berlin Wall, have been installed in the German capital between the Reichstag, the Brandenburg Gate and Potsdamer Platz. They stand astride the line where the wall separating East Berlin from West Berlin once stood. On Monday, the 20th anniversary of the fall of the Berlin Wall, the dominos will be toppled along a 1.5 km (one mile) long stretch of the city's streets.
