German Chancellor Gerhard Schröder and his wife have a new member of the family: a puppy. Holly, a pure breed border terrier, was delivered to the Schröder's home in Hannover by dog breeders from the German state of Lower Saxony. "We considered for over a year whether we wanted a dog and, if so, what breed," Chancellor Schröder told the celebrity gossip magazine Bunte. He added that his wife, Doris Schröder-Kopf, and her daughter, Klara, had even attended a dog exhibition -- all in the name of research. The Chancellor's wife said the eleven-week-old Holly loves her new master: "Holly is wild with joy when my husband comes home."
