US Vice President Joe Biden talks to NATO allies calling for a stronger partnership in Afghanistan

US Vice President Joe Biden has urged NATO allies to help the United States tackle the worsening security situation in Afghanistan. Biden was addressing a NATO meeting in Brussels, where he said the deteriorating situation in Afghanistan was one of a number of threats facing ALL NATO members.. not just the United States.
