The radical shiite group Hezbollah has handed the remains of several Israeli soldiers killed in the summer 2006 war to Israel. The International Committe of the Red Cross has confirmed that it received the remains and handed them over to Israeli officials. The move followed the release of a convicted Hezbollah spy from Israel to Lebanon and has been sparking speculation of a wider exchange between the two sides.
