Telekom giant Deutsche Telekom says it plans to introduce quotas for female managers

Telekom giant Deutsche Telekom says it plans to introduce quotas for female managers. It say it will increase the number of women it employs in management positions to at least 30 percent by 2015 - up from the current ten percent. Deutsche Telekom says it will be the first company listed on Germany's blue-chip dax index to introduce such a quota.
