Talks fail in Libya as rebels close in on Bani Walid

Surrender talks in Libya between the rebels and loyalists to Muammar Gaddafi broke down on Sunday. Rebel forces advanced on the town of Bani Walid -- where Gaddafi is rumoured to have fled after the fall of Tripoli.
