Stability is returning to global markets this Friday following approval in Washington of a tax stimulous package for the US economy. Dealers say the panic that plagued markets over much of this week is now gone. On Thursday Wall Street investors also cheered better- than- expected data on the unemployment front indicating the US economy is not that bad off.
