The Russian emergency affairs minister says there is almost no hope of finding survivors from the tourist boat that sank on the Volga river on Sunday. He said the boat was overloaded with more than two hundred people on board. Local media is reporting some 60 children were on the vessel when it went down in bad weather. Some 80 people have been rescued.
