As a producer, Alex Christensen has sold more than 30 million records, been awarded the prestigious Echo music prize and made a name for himself as a DJ. In the 90s, he cranked out one of techno’s biggest hits with ”Das Boot.” His productions include working with Paul Anka, Right Said Fred, Bro'Sis and Tom Jones. But he’s not satisfied yet. In May, his ”Alex Swings, Oscar Sings” project will be Germany’s contribution to the Eurovision Song Contest. We met up with the man himself at a promotion concert in Amsterdam.
