Nancy Pelosi meets Dalai Lama in India - je 21.03.2008 12

Beijing has responded to the recent rioting against Chinese rule in Tibet by releasing photos of people it suspects were behind the violence. Meanwhile, the speaker of the US House of Representatives -- Nancy Pelosi -- has spoken of what she called the "courage of the Tibetan people". That comment came during a meeting with the Dalai Lama in northern India -- that seems certain to meet with disapproval in Beijing.
