Tensions are on the rise again in Honduras after talks to resolve the political crisis broke down. Costa Rican president, Oscar Arias had been trying to negotiate a settlement between ousted Honduran president Manuel Zelaya - and the defacto government that forced him from power and into exile last month. Officials from the interim government said attempts to re-instate Zelaya were 'unacceptable' and amounted to meddling in country's internal affairs.
