US Secretary of State Hillary Clinton is holding talks with her Russian counterpart in Geneva. It's the first step in a new phase in relations between the two countries. Earlier today, Clinton was in Brussels to meet with some of the EU's top representatives as well as with some "young Europeans". +++SYN-MAZ+++
