German Foreign Minister Guido Westerwelle visits Egypt

German Foreign Minister Guido Westerwelle has slammed the Libyan leader on a visit to Egypt -- less than 2 weeks after popular protests there forced President Mubarak to step down. Westerwelle offered financial and political aid to help Egypt's move to democracy.
