Iran's Supreme Leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei has issued a religious decree to Muslims around the world ordering them to defend Palestinians against Israel's attacks. Khamenei also criticised Arab governments for their "encouraging silence" towards the Israeli raids. That position is a far cry from the one being taken by Palestinian Authority President Machmoud Abass - who says Hamas is partially to blame for the Israeli attack. +++MAZ+++
