Welcome to euromaxx at the weekend - the right time to get down to some serious Christmas baking! All this week that's been the aim of our reporter Matthias Stamm who's been trying his hand at traditional Christmas delicacies from around Europe. Today he tackles that old German favourite, the Christstollen, which was originally made to recall the baby Jesus in swaddling clothes. And what better place to make it than the town where the Stollen was born.
