Turkish Prime Minister Reccep Tayyip Erdogan is due to hold talks with chancellor angela merkel today on day two of his four day trip to Germany. On Thursday +++LMREIN+++ Erdogan visted the scene of the fire in the western city of Ludwigshafen which killed nine people of Turkish origin. He called for calm and urged the Turkish media to show restraint after some newspapers reported the blaze had been an attempt to kill Turks. Investigators are still trying to establish whether the fire was accidental or set deliberately.
