Discussion after Islands president Grimsson refused to sign into law a bill which would have repaid investors

Ratings agency Fitch has downgraded Iceland's long term debt rating to a negative outlook. That's after the country's President Ola-fur Grims-son refused to sign into law a bill which would have repaid investors who lost billions when Icelandic banks went down in the course of the financial crisis.
