Foreign investors with a great deal of enthusiasm are fueling a property boom across Central and Eastern Europe. Analysts are warning the popular "buy-to-let" frenzy may be over in places like the Estonian capital Tallinn. But further south, Bulgaria's Black Sea coast is drawing more and more interest from investors, hoping they may just have hit upon the new French Riviera.
