Lufthansa pilots have suspended their strike till March 8th. After a two hour meeting at a Frankfurt Labour court on Monday, they agreed to resume talks with management. The strike action had led to the cancellation of hundreds of flights and crippled the airline's services. Lufthansa says it will take time for normal operations to resume. Tough negotiations now lie ahead in the next two weeks. Lufthansa is trying to cut costs and expand abroad to compete with low-cost carriers. The pilot's union is calling for job guarantees.
