EU leaders quarrel over climate funding
Climate change is dominating the second day of a European Union leaders summit in Brussels. The bloc hopes to settle on a common policy on funding for developing countries ahead of world negotiations in Copenhagen in December EU nations did agree that developing countries will need 100 billion euros a year to tackle global warming.
