Living in Germany: Eighty Years of Radio
So we reach the end of year which has been a milestone for radio in Germany...and seeing as though we are a German broadcaster, we thought we’d take a closer look. 2006 saw the 80th anniversary of the first radio broadcast to reach all corners of the then German empire.
This was a small technological miracle when you consider that this was only three years after the first ever radio program.
