Journalism can be defined as 10 percent talent and 90 percent trained skills. These skills include writing news, conducting interviews and leading round table discussions. And all of these skills can be learned.

Not every journalist is a good news editor. Not everyone can conduct interviews as well as others. Part of the profession is talent, a capacity for understanding or the famous "feeling" for the report or the story.
