There, he's investigating the influence of the individual on the course of history and vice versa. It's a topic that once occupied German philospher Marin Heidegger, a former Freiburg University rector. The Black Forest city offers Bondor unequalled access to the original sources he needs. And there's also a famous walk here, that Heidegger once used to think things over. Bondor only has a few more months to follow the trail of his famous predecessor. At the end of the year he'll return to his family in Romania.
